We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Some types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable products (e.g., food, flowers or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of special offers or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, purchase the NEW item separately.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
